road to BUFF

day 1 was tuesday. drank 1L weightgainer.spent 1 1/2hr at gym. free weights.BEEN AGES SINCE I LAST WENTT THERE.2 yrs ago suffered exhaustion. didnt eat at all.lacked sleep.spent hours at gym. piangING. fainted in toilet. blood sugar low.

day2 was wednesday. drank 1L weightgainer. puondage of weights rose by 1.5kg. not bad not bad. tangan lenguh. did abs. must start on legs

day 3 thursday 24sept p.e played a modified version of capt ball. awesome. run loads. perut shiok. can feel my abs being strained. lazy to go gym. give today a rest from gym. MUST DO CRUNCHES. then drink weightgainer


THIS WEEK GOAL. ADD 1KG MASS. AND START REVISING AFTER GYM.

also. i am involved with fc commonwealth.right wing back. but also can right back. a soccer team made up of ex commonwealthians. spent time searching for members. gettin diadora kit wootwoot.I will look so professional. haha. MISS YOU RUGBY MY LOVE :D after promos we will be together agains i promise and i will be better and fitter.scrumhalf position your mine!!i will get on that team. haha. i started baking :D pikachu liked my minicupcakes. my frens did too. strangely my dearest weird fren she said it tastes like pisang!PISANG. i didnt even add pisang essence arh. 1st priority do well in promos make it to year 2.
